At PrimeMedix Medical Centre, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure timely and comprehensive care. However, walk-in patients will be accommodated for urgent matters, where possible.
- Standard appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes.
- New patients are required to book a 30-minute initial consultation to allow adequate time for a thorough medical history and assessment.
- Longer appointments are necessary for complex or multiple health concerns, care plans, mental health consultations, or procedural matters.
To maintain safe and high-quality care, appointments—either in-person or via telehealth—are required for all requests, including referrals, prescriptions, and completion of medical forms.
